Refund and Return Policy
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once a return request is placed with Customer Service, the process typically follows these steps:
- Product Pickup: Usually takes 2 business days.
- Refund Initiation: Initiated within 1 working day after pickup.
- Refund Processing: Takes 2 working days to reflect in your account.
The timing of the refund's receipt will depend on the payment method used.

- Product Pickup: 2 business days after return request is raised.
- Refund Initiation: 24 working hours after pickup.
- Refund Reflection: 5-7 business days after initiation.
Changing the Mode of Payment for Refund
The refund will be processed to the original payment method chosen at the time of purchase. The time to receive the refund depends on the payment method used.
Duration for Accepting Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of the item.
Refund Timeline by Payment Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refund is processed within 1 business days after successful quality check.
- COD Orders: Refund is processed within 1 business days after successful quality check.
Refund Method for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account.
Policy for Lost or Undelivered Orders
If an order is lost or not delivered to your preferred location, a full refund including any shipping charges (if paid online) will be issued.
Shipping/COD Charges on Returns
Shipping and COD charges, if applicable, will not be refunded when you return a delivered order.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, email us at support@Labelchikankari.com within 6 hours of placing the order, Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM and 6 PM. Since some orders are processed immediately, cancellation might not always be possible. Any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method used.
Refund Processing Time for Debit and Credit Cards
Refund times for Debit and Credit Card transactions depend on your bank. Banks notify customers of refunds over INR 5000 via SMS. For amounts less than INR 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will only cover the product price. Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
