RETURN POLICY

At Labelchikankari, our goal is to ensure you have a satisfying shopping experience each time you shop with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Labelchikankari website. Returns for products purchased through indirect online and offline distributors will be declined.

Refund Policy:

  • 15-Day Return Policy: You may return items purchased from Labelchikankari.in for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item.

  • Exchange Policy: We do not offer an exchange policy.

Guidelines for a Valid Return:

  • All product tags must be intact and in their original packaging.
  • The product must be unused.
  • Products must be unwashed and undamaged.

Please Note: For claims related to missing items or incorrect products, please provide video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within 24 working hours from the date of delivery. Claims for missing products without video proof of unboxing may not be entertained.

We will send you a confirmation email once we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Return Costs:

  • Returns are free of charge if the wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (different from what was ordered), or damaged products are received. After receiving the returned product, we will perform a quality check. If the product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

  • If the order was processed through different warehouses, the return should be handled according to the same package.

To Return a Product to Labelchikankari, Please Follow These Steps:

  1. Create a 'Return Request': Log in to the “My Orders” section on the Labelchikankari.in website and follow the prompts after selecting the 'Return’ button. Prepare the item for pickup or ship it back to us based on the return method.

  2. Request Pick-Up: We offer a pick-up service for the address used while placing the order.

Alternatively, you can email us at support@labelchikankari.com with your order ID, product name, and product SKU to process your return request.

  1. Pick-Up Confirmation: Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep, and you will receive an SMS on the day of pick-up.

Failure of Product Pick-Up:

  • We will attempt to pick up the item three times. If the item is not picked up after the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please contact support@labelchikankari.com.

Note:

  • We are not responsible if the wrong product is handed over to the delivery person at the time of pickup.
  • If the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the goods. We will reimburse shipping costs (up to Rs. 100).
  • For products from Labelchikankari, the return policy is 2 days from the date of delivery.
